Data Deletion Instructions

1. Send us a deletion request

Email bienvenida@smartsoftia.com with the subject "Data deletion request". To help us find your records, please include:

• Your full name
• The WhatsApp phone number, Instagram username, or Facebook account you used to contact us
• The email address linked to your account, if you have one
• The approximate date of your last interaction with us

2. What we delete

Once your request is verified, we delete:

• Your contact details (name, phone number, email address, and profile identifiers)
• Messages, comments, and attachments received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or our website chat
• Conversation history and records created by our AI assistants and automations
• Access tokens and data obtained from any account you connected to our Services, such as Google Calendar or Google Sheets

We may keep information we are legally required to retain (for example, invoices or tax records) for the period the law requires, after which it is deleted.

3. Timeline and confirmation

We will confirm receipt of your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before deleting anything. When the deletion is complete, we will notify you by email.

4. Remove our access from your accounts

You can also revoke the permissions you granted us directly on each platform:

• Facebook / Instagram:go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select our app, and click Remove.
• Google: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove access for our app.

Revoking access stops us from receiving new data. To delete the data we already hold, send the request described in step 1.
